just remember everyone, improvement isn't instantaneous. i started drawing 5ish years ago, and seriously just about 2 or so. what really jumpstarted my improvement is having things to draw that you enjoy and having a drive to draw it. for me, that's commissions (being paid says 'you have to do this') and is a good motivator to not procrastinate. ourworld outfits i enjoy are good inspiration material, sometimes you see me post art that's of outfits i made. i got my cintiq 22hd in october, and having a much larger surface to draw directly on too (i used a bamboo connect before) and having resolution going from 1360x780 or whtever to 1920x1080 ish i cant remember. drawings went from 6-12 hours for a head/bustshot to 4 hours for a fully done thigh up. drawing faster and being able to draw directly on a screen not only helps me improve and work faster, but really helps when drawing traditionally. i use the stabilizer on sai at 1, so my strokes are translated directly. blah blah novel post about myself
